Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Systems Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of IT systems across our hospitality operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to align digital solutions with organizational goals in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems Management: Oversee property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS), and booking platforms.
• Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity between hospitality systems, finance, and HR platforms.
• Data Analytics: Monitor guest data, operational KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
• Cybersecurity: Safeguard sensitive customer and business information.
• Process Optimization: Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and guest experience.
• Vendor Collaboration: Manage relationships with technology providers and service partners.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor IT staff to deliver high-quality support and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in hospitality systems management.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality platforms (Opera, Fidelio, Micros, etc.).
• Experience with cloud services, mobile booking solutions, and digital guest engagement tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to deliver IT solutions in multinational or regional hospitality environments, ideally within the GCC.
