Koza is a venue that will be open seven days a week. We need open availability right now. We are just focusing on Sunday brunch. We offer a hookah on the patios etc. Very much supper club so restaurant that turns into a lounge/club.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit
• Prepare food items efficiently following safety and sanitation standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
• Take orders accurately, upsell menu items, and promote specials to increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring food safety compliance
• Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure quality and presentation standards are met
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and efficiently

Experience

• Previous experience in high end restaurants, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong skills in food preparation, cashiering, and customer service are highly valued
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for sales and change
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant setting enhances your ability to thrive here
• Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly in a lively environment
