Hospitality/Cashier

As a Hospitality/Cashier team member at Dairy Queen, your role is to provide exceptional customer service, handle orders, and process payments. You will ensure a clean, friendly environment while working efficiently with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a welcoming attitude.
• Take and assemble accurate food and drink orders.
• Process cash, credit, and other payments using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Restrooms, dining area and front counter.
• Assist with customer inquiries and complaints.
• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
