Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure their experience begins and ends on a high note.

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing wait times, and coordinating seating arrangements with efficiency and warmth.

Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will set the tone for a memorable visit, fostering guest satisfaction and loyalty.

This position is $12.80 an hour PLUS tips.

Duties

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival with genuine enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor
• Manage guest waitlists
• Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and seating options, maintaining clear phone etiquette
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize table assignments and guest flow
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally, ensuring guest relations are prioritized
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold a welcoming environment
• Assist in managing reservations and walk-in guests efficiently during busy periods

Skills

• Prior experience as a Host or Host in food service or restaurant settings preferred BUT willing to train.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and approachable demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest services best practices

Pay: From $12.80 per hour
