Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Host to welcome guests and create a warm, inviting atmosphere in our restaurant. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems and coordinate wait times with guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand, ensuring all materials are ready for daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to relay guest needs and seating updates.
• Handle guest inquiries politely via phone or in person, providing information about the restaurant and wait times.
• Support the team during busy hours by managing guest flow and assisting with other front-desk duties as needed.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations to foster a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, guest services, and hospitality best practices.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
