Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Host/Host to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using OpenTable.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Assist in managing waitlists during peak hours while keeping guests informed of wait times.
• Uphold restaurant standards for service quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
• Familiarity with OpenTable is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A passion for food service and hospitality that enhances the overall dining experience for guests.
