As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive. You will manage reservations, greet guests, and coordinate seating arrangements to create a seamless and enjoyable atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
• Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information and assistance
• Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and seating preferences to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to ensure a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction

Skills

• Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant setting
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred
• Experience in hospitality or hotel guest services is a plus
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, serving protocols, and guest relations
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism
• Exceptional phone etiquette and guest interaction skills
