**Job Overview:**

We are currently looking for a dedicated Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, guest services, and customer service. As a Host, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring their overall satisfaction during their visit.

**Duties:**

- Warmly greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner

- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan

- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations as needed

- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow

- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

- Utilize POS systems to process orders and payments accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to uphold our standards

- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service

**Requirements:**

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact courteously with guests

- Proficiency in phone etiquette, as well as knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations

- A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering excellent guest relations

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
