Irish Bred Pub is a small business in Opelika, AL. We are professional, agile, customer-centric and our goal is to be the hub of our community and to create a new "local" in Historic Downtown Opelika - a place where people gather, exchange ideas, make new friends, catch up with old friends. Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their assigned tables or seating areas
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials
- Monitor table turnover and communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station, dining area, and bathrooms
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed

Qualifications:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting preferred
- Knowledge of food service procedures and hospitality industry standards
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
