Duties

• Greet guests and visitors with genuine enthusiasm, making them feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times and optimize guest flow
• Provide accurate information about menu items, services, or event details to enhance guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely seating, service, and overall guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to uphold a welcoming environment
• Support event setup or breakdown as needed to facilitate smooth operations during busy periods

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Strong organizational abilities to manage reservations and guest flow effectively
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of hospitality or customer service principles preferred

• Prior experience in a front-of-house role is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
