Job Description

  • Greeting & Seating: Warmly welcome guests, manage the seating chart, and escort guests to tables.
  • Reservations & Waitlist: Manage reservations, answer phone calls, and provide accurate wait times.
  • Table Management: Optimize seating flow to ensure an even workload for servers.
  • Customer Service: Handle initial guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Cleaning & Support: Maintain the front-of-house appearance, clean menus, and assist staff with tasks like clearing tables (bussing) or folding silverware.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • No Prior Experience Needed, but is a plus
  • Communication: Excellent verbal skills for interacting with guests and staff.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism: Positive attitude, punctuality, and a polished appearance.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Pay

$9-10 per hour + tips

Pay: From $9.00 per hour
