We are seeking a polished, friendly, and organized Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our venue.

Position Overview

As a Host/Hostess, you set the tone for the entire guest experience. You will manage reservations, coordinate seating for dining and simulator bays, and ensure smooth guest flow throughout the venue. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and simulator bay assignments
• Coordinate seating to ensure balanced service flow
• Communicate wait times clearly and accurately
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance
• Collaborate with servers, management, and kitchen staff to optimize guest experience
• Assist with light administrative or support duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess or customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented during busy periods
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
