We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. As a Host, you will manage guest seating, handle reservations, and ensure smooth flow within the restaurant or hospitality environment. Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with enthusiasm and genuine warmth, making them feel valued and comfortable.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information about wait times or reservation details.
• Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station, lobby area, and waiting zones.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Host or in a similar customer service role within food service or restaurant settings.
• Strong communication skills, including clear speaking voice and active listening abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; hotel experience is a plus.
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and creating positive interactions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest services best practices.
