Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
• Answer phone calls with professionalism and assist callers with inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Provide assistance to guests as needed throughout their dining experience

Skills

• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills
• Proficiency in using Aloha POS, Open Table or similar restaurant software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food service procedures is beneficial

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $12.00 per hour
