Sushi Shima is a fast-paced, all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant dedicated to delivering a welcoming and efficient dining experience. As a Host/Hostess, you are the first and last point of contact for guests, setting the tone for exceptional service from the moment they walk in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and manage waitlists during busy service periods
• Seat guests efficiently while balancing server sections and restaurant flow
• Answer phone calls, handle reservations, and provide accurate wait time estimates
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area
• Assist servers and management to ensure smooth service, especially during peak hours
• Provide menu guidance and explain the all-you-can-eat dining process when needed

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-oriented attitude
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
