Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Host to welcome guests and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. As the first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for greeting visitors, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating operations. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly first impression.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Escort guests to their tables while providing menus and answering initial questions about the restaurant or services.
• Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure timely seating and smooth flow of guests.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and reservation assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness of the host stand area and ensure all guest interactions are courteous and welcoming.
• Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a host or hostess in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Experience in food service, guest services, or hotel environments is beneficial.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and hospitality standards.
