In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Your exceptional customer service skills will help set the tone for the entire visit, making it memorable for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover.
- Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information and taking reservations as needed.
- Utilize Resy system accurately for managing guest check-ins and tracking wait times.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to enhance their dining experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for providing exceptional guest services in a restaurant or hotel setting is highly valued.
