## Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The Host/Host will greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure an excellent dining experience for our customers.

## Duties

- Welcome guests with a warm smile and escort them to their tables

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently

- Provide menus and relay any specials or promotions to guests

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

## Qualifications

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred

- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle high-stress situations with a calm demeanor

- Knowledge of phone etiquette and reservation management

- Willingness to assist in various tasks within a restaurant or hotel setting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
