Hosts duties primarily focus on ensuring that our guests have a positive experience as soon as they enter our Restaurant. Hosts are the first impression of our Restaurant and seal the experience as our guests leave.
- Greeting Guests as they Enter our Restaurant
- Helping Guests with Reservations & Guiding them to their Table
- Providing Customers with Menus & Answering Initial Guest Questions
- Optimizing Seating at Different Tables to Even Workload for our Wait Staff
- Answering phones and Scheduling Reservations with Large Parties According to our Guidelines
- Checking the Restrooms throughout the Shift to Ensure Cleanliness
- Cleaning & Sanitizing our Waiting Area
- Keeping up with Menus & Maintaining a Neat & Organized Area
Hosts skills and qualifications
Hosts should have skills that allow them to interact with guests and help keep our Restaurant operations running smoothly.:
- Willingness to work as a Team Player
- Organizational Skills to Maintain an Orderly Workspace
- Maintaining Clean and Sanitized Workspace
- Prior Customer Service Experience in the Hospitality Industry
- Positive Attitude & Interpersonal Skills
- Physical Stamina and the Ability to Stand for Extended Periods of Time
- Good Communication Skills & Phone Etiquette
- Flexibility to Work Alternating Shifts
- Ability to Multi-Task & Problem Solve
- Ability to Communicate with Management to Help Control the Flow of Business
- Reservation Pacing & Scheduling Experience
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
