Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
- Manage the reservation system and maintain an accurate waitlist during busy periods.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station.
- Utilize Toast POS system for managing reservations and guest information.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to guests.
- Assist in coordinating special events or large parties as needed.
Requirements
*Night and weekend availability is required.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
