Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage guest relations effectively.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Answer phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations or providing information as needed.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their experience.

Skills

• Previous Host/Host experience is preferred, along with a background in food service or restaurant environments.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
