We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations or providing information as needed.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
Skills
- Previous Host/Host experience is preferred, along with a background in food service or restaurant environments.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
