Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will set the tone for an outstanding hospitality experience, fostering guest satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest comfort
• Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information about wait times or reservations
• Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, ensuring a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction

Experience

• Previous experience as a host or hostess in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Experience in hospitality or hotel guest services is advantageous
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Prior restaurant experience that demonstrates teamwork, reliability, and professionalism
