We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. You will play a crucial role in managing reservations, greeting guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover.
• Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
• Address guest concerns promptly and courteously to enhance guest relations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of customer service are met consistently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team setting.
