We are seeking an energetic and personable Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure they have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. As the first point of contact, you will embody our commitment to outstanding customer service, manage reservations, and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with a friendly, positive attitude to make them feel comfortable and valued
• Manage reservations and waitlists using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to optimize seating flow
• Coordinate seating arrangements, monitor wait times, and communicate effectively with guests regarding their status
• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information about wait times or reservations as needed
• Assist guests with special requests or accommodations to enhance their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to ensure a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Host or in a similar hospitality role preferred, especially in food service or restaurant environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality standards
• Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in hotel or guest services is a plus, demonstrating versatility in guest interactions
• A friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
