We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests with enthusiasm, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using RESY or a similar reservation platform.
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and reduce wait times
• Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, assisting with reservations or questions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to ensure a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to deliver seamless guest service
• Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times

Experience

• Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment preferred
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
• Experience in hospitality or hotel guest services is a plus
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest relations practices is beneficial
• Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills are essential
