As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests with enthusiasm, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. Duties

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival with genuine enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing accurate information and taking reservations when needed
• Assist guests with inquiries about menu items, specials, or restaurant amenities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless guest experiences

Experience

• Previous host or hostess experience in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment preferred
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Experience in hotel or guest services is a plus, demonstrating guest relations expertise
• Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of food service operations and restaurant protocols is beneficial
• Hospitality experience that highlights teamwork, adaptability, and a welcoming attitude
