Lead Host & Guest Relations – The Face of Kanopi

Kanopi is seeking a polished, high-level Host to serve as the primary point of contact for our most exclusive spaces. This role spans the entire Kanopi ecosystem: greeting guests for our chef-led tasting menus, managing arrivals for our new private speakeasy, and acting as a concierge for high-end private events.

The Opportunity:

This is a high-visibility role requiring the "executive polish" of a luxury desk agent or a premier restaurant greeter. You will be the first and last impression for a one-of-a-kind location overlooking the Hudson Valley.

Experience:

Fine dining or luxury hotel experience is a must. 2-3 Years minimum experience required for consideration.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Luxury Background: Experience as a host in a Michelin-rated or 5-star hotel environment, or as a luxury desk agent.

Presence: A professional, welcoming demeanor that reflects the county's most exclusive destination.

Poise: Ability to manage high-profile guests and evolving floor plans with grace.

Sales & Ambassadorship: A natural ability to pitch the Kanopi experience. You are not just checking a list; you are inviting guests to "take the ride" up the elevator to discover our curated world.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate guest arrivals for the Restaurant, Speakeasy Bar, and private event spaces.

Manage the "front of house" environment to ensure it remains pristine and welcoming.

Work closely with management to handle guest issues and VIP arrivals.

Direct guests effectively across our two-floor layout.
