Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating flow. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will set the tone for a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and taking reservations as needed
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service flow
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and lobby area to uphold a welcoming environment
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback courteously to foster positive guest relations
• Support team members during busy periods by assisting with guest needs and ensuring smooth operations

Skills

• Proven experience as a Host or in a similar customer service role within food service or restaurant environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; hotel experience is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest services, serving, and restaurant operations
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
