Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet guests as they arrive and manage the seating arrangements to ensure an efficient flow of customers.
• Utilize POS systems, such as Aloha POS, to manage reservations and track guest preferences.
• Assist in maintaining guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.
• Collaborate with the wait staff and kitchen team to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to enhance the guest experience.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including waiting areas and dining spaces.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with guest services and relations, ensuring that all guests feel valued and welcomed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to help others is essential for success in this role.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
