Host
○ Oversee and coordinate Open Table Reservation Application
○ Being personable with guests
○ Organizing merchandise host stand, menus
○ Knowledge of the food and beer, specials, happy hour, hours, location, directions
○ Helping buss/clear tables
○ Clean front entry way - windex door, mirrors, lights
○ Stock bathrooms, toilet paper, hand towels, change linen bags
○ Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Certification Skill and Abilities:
○ Experience Using Open Table is PREFERRED. Must be able to Speak, Read and write proficiently in English. Must be self starting, exhibit excellent communication skills, work independently and be able to work well in a fast paced environment.
Physical Demands
○ Must be able to walk and/or stand and sit for long periods throughout the day
○ Must have a good sense of balance, and be able to bend and kneel
○ Must be able to reach and twist occasionally
○ Must be able to push, pull and grasp objects occasionally
○ Must have the ability to independently lift 25+ pounds occasionally
○ Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
○ Must have good hand-eye coordination
Working Environment
Office, restaurant and off-site venues for catering and events. May have loud music or noise and warm and cold conditions. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends and holidays.
