Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Duties:
- take phone orders

-greeting customers

-cashing out customers

-knowing pos system

- learning menu

- filling up carryout station

This is a 4pm to 830pm . this is a very busy location! must be a people person and very patient person

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse guests
- Knowledge of POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Understanding of restaurant or hotel operations is a plus
