We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. As a Host, you will manage guest seating, and ensure smooth flow within the restaurant. Duties

• Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and genuine friendliness to make them feel valued from arrival to departure
• Answer guest inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, providing accurate information about wait times, menu options, or special events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times
• Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, turning any issues into positive experiences
• Support team members during busy periods by providing assistance with guest seating and other tasks

Skills

• Proven experience as a Host or hostess in food service or restaurant settings, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience in guest relations, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and appreciated in a lively hospitality environment
