Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring that the dining area is welcoming and efficient. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
• Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting dining area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Provide assistance to guests as needed, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Uphold high standards of guest services in accordance with restaurant policies.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
