Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Host to create a warm, welcoming environment for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting guests with enthusiasm, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating processes. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive, providing a friendly first impression.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest comfort.
• Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about wait times or reservation details.
• Assist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met throughout their visit.
• Collaborate closely with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate seamless service flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and ensure all guest areas are welcoming and presentable.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, or guest services is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to handle inquiries professionally.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
