Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Utilize POS systems to manage orders and track guest preferences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host or hostess in a restaurant setting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with food service operations
• Experience with POS systems.
• Background in hospitality and guest relations
• Ability to manage phone etiquette and guest inquiries effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
