Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and a positive attitude, making them feel instantly at home
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to minimize wait times and maximize guest satisfaction
• Coordinate seating arrangements, ensuring smooth flow during busy periods while accommodating special requests
• Provide guests with accurate information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and waiting areas to uphold high standards of presentation
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service throughout the guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure resolution

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills to manage reservations and seating efficiently
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when necessary

Pay: $21.30 - $24.00 per hour
