Grazie Nonna is looking for an engaging and lively service leader to serve as Host, where your energy and welcoming attitude set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive first impression of the restaurant
• Manage restaurant reservations using table management systems and coordinate seating to optimize flow
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, wait times, and guest preferences to enhance guest relations
• Assist with guest seating arrangements, ensuring efficient table turnover and adherence to food safety standards
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate guest needs and special requests
• Support overall guest services by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements

• Previous experience as a host or hostess in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone calls confidently and courteously
• Knowledge of restaurant reservation management and table management systems such as RESY or similar platforms
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Basic math skills for handling reservations, waitlist calculations, and POS transactions
• Familiarity with food safety standards and hospitality best practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
