Overview
We are on the lookout for friendly, energetic individuals to join our team as Hosts and Servers (full-time and part-time). This role is all about creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive until they leave. Whether you're greeting guests, managing reservations, or serving delicious meals, your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will make a real difference. Duties

• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive, providing friendly and attentive service from check-in to seating.
• Take food and drink orders accurately, communicating clearly with kitchen staff and bartenders to meet guest expectations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Assist guests with menu selections, dietary needs, and special requests, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, host stations, and service stations throughout your shift to uphold hygiene standards.

Experience

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to create positive guest experiences.
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.
• Experience in food service, serving, or hotel guest services will help you excel in this role.
• Knowledge of hospitality best practices including guest relations, phone etiquette, and restaurant operations is advantageous.

Pay: $2.37 - $35.00 per hour
