Host and Server Support Specialist

elé Bistro is looking for Hosts/Server Assistants to join our team at our upscale casual restaurant in Austin Landing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure that guests are comfortable and that their needs are met in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Answering phone calls, taking reservations or carryout orders.
• Communicate with kitchen staff regarding orders and special requests.
• Process payments in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Bussing Tables
• Ensure that all safety and sanitation regulations are followed.

Hourly pay $11.00 plus tips

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host or server in a restaurant setting is helpful
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with POS systems, like toast is helpful
• Background in hospitality and guest relations
• Ability to manage guest inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Must be a minimum of 16 years old
