Host Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and organized Host to join our team! As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements
• Assist with guest inquiries and special requests
• Maintain the flow of the dining area to ensure efficient seating
• Supervise and train other hosts to ensure consistent service standards
• Assist with the opening and closing of the restaurant

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a host or customer service role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong organizational skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects
