We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements using the Aloha POS system to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and special requests, maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and enhance guest relations.
• Help address any guest inquiries or concerns, providing top-notch customer service at all times.
• Support the team during peak hours by assisting with various tasks as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
