Host at Veterinary Practice

We are looking for a host at McQueen Veterinary Hospital.

We believe the moment a pet and their owner walk through our doors, they should feel like guests in our home, not just another appointment on a screen. Unlike a traditional receptionist role, our Host is never distracted by ringing phones. Your sole focus is the person and the pet standing right in front of you.

This is a lobby concierge role, and you are the face of the practice. You greet every client by name, offer a warm beverage, assist with a nervous dog on a leash, or simply provide a comforting presence during a difficult visit. You are there to serve the immediate needs of the room.

Customer service background encouraged, but not required. Must possess a heart for hospitality with polished communication skills. Must also have basic knowledge of animal behavior.

**This is NOT a "sit behind the desk" job**

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
