What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the first point of contact for all guests, delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive demeanor.

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth, organized seating process while maintaining attention to detail.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure that all guests’ needs are met promptly and effectively.

• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, offering proactive solutions to any issues that arise.

• Manage multiple tasks at once, ensuring efficiency during peak hours without compromising service quality.

• Maintain a professional and polite demeanor at all times, upholding the reputation of the business.

• Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

What You Need for this Position

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

• A positive, energetic attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.

• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and eagerness to contribute to the success of the business.
