Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a vibrant and memorable experience from the moment they walk through the door. As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests with enthusiasm, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Escort guests to their tables, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable
• Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with courteous and clear communication
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating flow and reduce wait times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
• Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally

Skills

• Previous host or hostess experience in a fast-paced food service environment
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Experience in food service, hospitality, or hotel environments is highly desirable
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a friendly attitude
• Knowledge of guest services, serving procedures, and hospitality standards
