Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a positive attitude and genuine friendliness
• Manage guest seating arrangements, ensuring efficient flow and wait times
• Handle all cash register transactions using POS systems such as Toast with precision and attention to detail
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, assisting with menu selections, and addressing guest needs promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and cashier area to promote a welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating, reservations, and special requests
• Uphold phone etiquette standards when taking reservations or answering inquiries

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or Cashier in food service or restaurant settings preferred
• 1 Year experience
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable
• Experience in hospitality or guest services roles, including hotel or restaurant environments, is a plus
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Knowledge of food service operations and restaurant procedures is advantageous
