Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcoming Guests: Greeting customer immediately upon arrival with a positive attitude.
  • Seating Management: Escorting guests to tables, providing menus, and maintaining an organized, efficient seating flow (table rotation) to balance waitstaff workload.
  • Reservation Management: Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and managing the booking diary.
  • Waitlist Control: Providing accurate wait time estimates during busy periods and managing the waiting area.
  • Guest Service & Experience: Addressing customer queries, ensuring guest comfort, and resolving complaints.
  • Front-of-House Maintenance: Ensuring the entry and waiting areas are clean and tidy.
  • Support Roles: Assisting waitstaff during rushes, such as clearing tables or filling water glasses.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 per hour
