We are seeking someone who is available to provide a safe and comfortable home, while ensuring the basic physical and emotional needs required for our individuals to live a high-quality of life. You must be able to establish a comfortable, supportive, and genuine relationship with the individual you house and support.

Job Type: Full-time, Respite
Pay: $ 38,000.00- $ 73,000.00 per year (Based on Client's Level of Care)

Contract to:
1. Share your home with 1 or 2 individuals with disabilities.
2. Provide training and support to the individuals in all daily living skills, including but not
limited to nutrition, personal hygiene, safety, communication, mobility, and interpersonal relations.
3. Ensure individuals are taking medication according to the prescribed schedule.
4. Assist the individual with scheduling and attending medical appointments as outlined in the Individual
Support Plan.
5. Maintain and submit all required paperwork.
6. Attend and participate in all division trainings and meetings, as required.

Training:
Complete training, including, but not limited to:
 State Medication Administration (QMAP)
 First Aide, CPR,
 Legal Rights, Confidentiality/HIPAA,
 Prevention of Mistreatment,
 Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation, Universal Precautions, Person Centered Training.

Pre-Employment Requirements:
1. Reliable transportation
2. Good driving record
3. Fingerprints/CBI Check
4. Personal References
5. Initial home inspection.
6. Strong desire to support people with disabilities
