Zion Care LLC provides an warm and loving family style support environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We connect people seeking a new home environment with an individual, couple or family in the community who wish to share their life experience with a person with a disability.

• All initial required training and on-going trainings are provided by Extended Care LLC and are available to complete on-line.
• Host Home Providers are independent contractors who receive a daily tax-exempt stipend, plus room and board.
• The individual who is invited in your home has their own room, is included in family activities both in the home and community.

Job Requirements:

• Safe, stable, and caring home environment
• Available bedroom in your home. Bedroom has a lock for privacy.
• Passion for working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
• Excellent time management, communication, and written/computer skills
• Pass Background, Motor Vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle to transport individual
