Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dependable individuals or families to become Shared Living Providers. In this role, you will open your home and provide a supportive, safe, and nurturing environment for an adult or minor with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while earning a consistent income.

Responsibilities

- Provide a safe, stable, and welcoming home environment

- Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, hygiene, and transportation

- Support the individual in achieving personal goals and independence

- Encourage participation in community activities and social engagement

- Administer or assist with medications as directed (if applicable)

- Maintain documentation and communicate regularly with the support team

- Attend required trainings and meetings

Qualifications

- Must be at least 25 years old

- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Pass background checks and screenings

- Ability to provide a separate bedroom for the individual in your home

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Experience in caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required
