Katz’s Delicatessen has been a staple institution on Manhattan’s Lower East Side for over 125 years. We are known around the world for our pastrami and classic deli feel.
We are currently looking for reliable candidates who are able to work in a fast paced, high demand environment, while providing quality customer service with a smile.
The host/ hostess is the first point of customer service contact, and is responsible for assisting customers to ensure they have a pleasant dining experience.
Duties:
-Greet customers and offer waiter service
-Seating customers
-Responsible for directing traffic flow in the store
-Provide basic customer service to all patrons entering the store

Requirements:
-1 year customer service experience
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Must be reliable

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
